Free A Level Sanskrit Resources

The following study materials and books may be downloaded freely for individual use from the Tutors' Section. 

Institutions preparing students for the A Level examinations are welcome to use the materials for classes but should register that use with ISER. 

When updates are made to existing books every endeavour is made to supply the last available version on this website.

The course is copyright to St James Schools:

A Level Book for Set Text Study; A Level Literature Vocabulary.

In addition, the A Level Syllabus is available giving full details of requirments. There is no defined vocabulary at this level.

 

In addition: 'The Sanskrit Language, An Introductory Grammar & Reader Vols 1 & 2' , by Walter Harding Maurer (available on Amazon). This provides plenty of practice for the 'language' aspect of the AS Level examination.
