I am thoroughly enjoying learning Sanskrit with Sanskrit@StJames. I am amazed at how much progress I have made in the last year - from not knowing the alphabet to gaining confidence in reading with some understanding,  and writing. The private web resources are extensive and tailored for each stage of development. I look forward to continuing my learning of this lovely language and the fascinating philosophy and culture associated with it. Sandra C (BWY member)

“ I have been looking for a comprehensive yet beginner level course for Sanskrit in UK for the last 3 years. I was lucky to bump into the Sanskrit@StJames classes delivered by David and supported by Helen. Both David and Helen have vast experience in Sanskrit language and literature.  Not only is the course tailored for beginners but it is very well paced and comprehensive. It is on Zoom, recorded so that I can catch up and revise. I would recommend it for all age-groups who have a keen interest in this wonderful language, gateway to the scriptures in Hinduism. I consider myself very lucky and blessed to be a part of St James. “Dr Amulya M.
